Standard Screen Printing
This is what you'll get everytime if you don't elect for a specialty print process. Standard plastisol inks color matched to your specs and printed onto shirts of your choice. Underbases and halftones, and highlight whites (oh my!).
Standard size prints go up to 15" x 20" at no extra cost

Waterbased/Discharge Printing
Have you ever closed your eyes, laid your hand onto a shirt and just felt the print... but didn't feel it? How is that possible?! I'm dumbfounded?! (question mark?). Chances are that print was done with waterbased discharge or "burnout" inks. The ink penetrates and actually re-dyes the color of the fabric.
The main drawbacks are that the shirts should be washed prior to being sold / worn, and that higher end shirts with reactive dyes must be used. Color matching also goes out the window to a degree, it still holds on by the fingertips but it's not it's regular self, faced with the reality of death and all...

Puff ink Screen Printing
Puff printing is acheived by adding a special additive to our plastisol ink. The Inks are then screen printed as normal and cured through a conveyor dryer. During the curing process the ink react to the heat and "puff up" this createa raised or 3d effect on the shirt. This effect is very nice on t-shirts, tote bags, koozies and more. Screen printing with puff ink can add a nice 3d pop to your items.

Foil Applique
Foil! People love it. It's shiny! Ooooh.
Foil prints are achieved by heat pressing sheets of foil over the top of plastisol ink. The foil sticks to the ink once it's peeled away and leaves you with a shiny print.
Multi-color prints with foil require the use of discharge / waterbased inks for the other colors involved.

Tag Printing
Want to re-brand a shirt as your own by printing your own tags with your company's logo? We can do that. Pricing depends on your total sizecount, if you're printing individual sizes, etc. Submit a quote and we'll be happy to price it out for you.

Hem Tagging
Whether on the sleeve or the bottom of the shirt, a hem tag re-enforces your brand as being something of quality and distinction. Give your brand a sweet customized look for a good price.
